“Agnes’s vinyasa flows are very well designed. She offers variations to her students, so you feel very inclusive no matter you want a gentle flow or hope to challenge yourself. She fixes your posture initiatively and hopes your body can benefit the most from the pose. Also, she is passionate about yoga no matter is her own progress and learning or her students’ and always give you a little push to show your true potential."



Agnes’s class is a lot of fun and helps strengthen every part of my body. She teaches students to take good care of their body and be patient with their practice. I’ve improved a lot since practising with Agnes and I never feel bored in her class. 

Beside yoga posture and alignment, she also teaches drills and practical skills that is useful to our yoga practice."
